Kang Hao-xian: In Motion
In Motion is a solo exhibition by the Mainland Chinese painter Kang Hao-xian, known for his majestic works that blend elements of magical realism with pop culture themes, for this exhibition he departs from his established atmospheric style. Instead, the brushes on display emphasize the painter's desire to capture the complex moments and detailed shapes of his surroundings, which ultimately took the form of car tires.
For the artist, tires have been an integral part of modern society since their inception - forming an essential part of our vehicles and produced in large quantities due to their multiple uses, tires serve a variety of functions, propelling and propelling us in daily lives go ahead. He observed a variety of designs, craftsmanship, and performance that reflected the driver's constant desires and pursuits.
