After Nature II
After Nature II is a group exhibition by the renowned British artist Francis Davison and the Chinese ink artist Yu Yang, and four outstanding Hong Kong artists – Chloe Ho, Kassia Ko, Victor Wong, and Jaffa Lam.
The art scene in Hong Kong, especially its ink and wash that is a unique creation of the city's culture and natural ecology, encompassing a demarcation point between its people, scenery, and culture. To experience the historical influence of the post-colonial era and move towards an unknown future in the digital age, we will study how to use this unique East Asian art medium to express local identities and question global concerns.

Yu Yang's woody ink and wash works combine "cold ink" with oriental ink and wash art, and strive to construct a new artistic language in order to update the cognition of the aesthetic tradition of ink and wash art.
